Recently experienced a management change.. the old team running the show was great, the new guys seem to be doing well also. They’re working hard and are doing a good job. Staff is friendly and knows what they’re talking about. Maintenance is efficient. My apartment is pretty nice, affordable and the location is great. Its an older building, so it’s not perfect. Water shut offs here and there. But overall its a pretty sweet spot.

Toured this community a few days ago. One of the managers toured me. Gave lots of information which was beyond helpful. From information about the apartment and community to restaurants and what’s close. The property itself is nice. The apartments are massive, so if you’re looking for place with space and a view. I would consider Rise Apartments. Thank you for such detailed information. There is a bit of construction going on, but I believe that's due to renovation.
